For best results: 

• Apply your preferred Base Coat 
• Apply first Coat of Dizzy Pastel Nail Polish
• Lightly swipe each nail tip with Dizzy Pastel Nail Polish
• Then Apply second Coat of Dizzy Pastel Nail Polish
• Apply your preferred Top Coat to finish.

*Three Nail Polish Coats may be required due to this polish's light shade.
